evoAI is an AI consultancy and product studio that helps ambitious enterprises integrate, scale, and future-proof their technology using artificial intelligence. We're a lean, focused team with a genuine commitment to our clients' success — working as partners, not just vendors.

Alongside our consultancy work, we're also building an AI-native product launching in 2028. Stay tuned.

Our headquarters are in Canada. However, we work with clients globally — across the UK, EU, US, and APAC regions. We operate remotely and engage with clients wherever they are.

We primarily work with ambitious enterprises and scale-ups looking to integrate AI meaningfully into their operations. That said, if you're a smaller business with serious AI ambitions, we'd love to have a conversation — reach out and let's see if we're a good fit.

Both, depending on what's right for your use case. In many situations, fine-tuned or prompt-engineered versions of existing foundation models (like GPT-4, Claude, or open-source alternatives) deliver excellent results faster and at lower cost than training from scratch.

When a custom model is genuinely the best approach, we'll build it. We always recommend the solution that best fits your goals, timeline, and budget — not the most complex one.

Yes — integration is central to how we work. We build AI solutions that fit into your current infrastructure, not around it.

Yes. We don't disappear after go-live. Once a solution is deployed, we monitor, refine, and help you scale it across your organisation. The exact support model is agreed during the scoping phase and can range from ad-hoc availability to a structured retainer.

It starts with a conversation. Get in touch via our contact form and we'll respond as soon as possible (typically in few hours). From there, we'll arrange an initial call to understand your business, challenges, and goals — and have an honest discussion about where AI can make the biggest impact.

There's no hard sell and no commitment required at this stage. We want to make sure we're the right fit before either side commits to anything.

It depends on the scope. An initial AI strategy engagement might run 2–4 weeks. An intelligent automation build with full integration typically takes 6–12 weeks. Predictive analytics projects vary based on data readiness and model complexity.

We avoid bloated timelines. Fast iterations and full transparency are core to how we work — you'll always know where things stand.

Absolutely. We believe the best outcomes come from close collaboration. You'll be involved at every meaningful step — from defining the solution to reviewing iterations and signing off on deployment. We keep communication direct, frequent, and low-friction.

Pricing is scoped on a per-engagement basis. Depending on the nature of the work, we may structure fees as a fixed project fee, a time-and-materials retainer, or a phased milestone model. We'll agree the structure clearly before any work begins — no surprises.

Yes. Our initial discovery call is always complimentary. We want to make sure we understand your situation and that we're the right partner for you before any commercial conversation takes place.

Yes. For clients who want ongoing AI support, continuous iteration, or longer-term partnership, we offer retainer arrangements. These are structured to suit the client's needs — monthly, quarterly, or project-based — and are agreed as part of the initial scoping conversation.

We're model-agnostic — we use whatever best fits the problem. That means working across leading language models, cloud AI platforms, and automation frameworks, always prioritising practical outcomes over any particular tool or vendor.

Data security is a core part of everything we build. We apply appropriate technical and organisational controls to protect your data throughout the engagement. Where sensitive data is involved, we can operate within your own cloud environment to ensure it never leaves your infrastructure.

Not always. The data requirements depend heavily on the use case. For automation and LLM-based solutions, you often need less data than you think. For predictive analytics and custom ML models, data volume and quality matters more.

We'll give you an honest assessment of your data readiness during our initial discovery conversation — and if there are gaps, we'll tell you how to address them.

In most client engagements, full intellectual property for the deliverables transfers to you upon completion and payment. The specific terms are always documented clearly in the Service Agreement before work begins. We also retain the right to use generic components and methodologies we've developed — but nothing specific to your business or data.
